2. What data do we collect?

• Checklist (PDF) form: your name, email address, which guide you downloaded from and the date you gave consent.
• Contact form: your name, email address, your message and your newsletter preference.
• Technical data: records such as IP address, browser and device information that our hosting infrastructure keeps automatically for security and operation.
• Stored in your browser: the items you tick on checklists and whether you have already filled in the form are kept only in your own browser (localStorage) and are never sent to us.

3. Why do we process your data?

To send you the PDF checklist you asked for; if you consented, to email you our baby and travel content; to reply to your messages; and to keep the site running safely and properly.

4. Legal grounds

Your explicit consent for newsletter and content emails (KVKK Art. 5/1); processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract, to provide the PDF and replies you request (Art. 5/2-c); and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 5/2-f).

5. Who do we share your data with?

We manage our email list with MailerLite, and our site is hosted on Lovable's infrastructure. These service providers' servers may be located outside Turkey. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. When you click Amazon links on our site, Amazon uses its own cookies, and this is governed by Amazon's privacy policy.

6. How long do we keep it?

Your email subscription lasts until you unsubscribe; after that, your data is deleted within a reasonable time. Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years after we reply.

7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to ask for correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and deletion where the conditions are met; to ask that these actions be notified to those it was transferred to; to object to an outcome against you resulting from automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

If you are in the EU/UK, you also have equivalent rights under the GDPR, including the right to object and to data portability.
